“Everything happens for a reason. I’m used to it, I prepare for it. Like I say, at the end of the day, those in charge of their own destiny are going to do what’s right for them and their family.”

As a non-profit organization James River strives to provide a platform for each and every one of our girls the ability to compete on the next level if they do so chooses to continue both their academic and athletic career. In addition to annual player fees we do ask for donations and sponsors to help us achieve our goal. 100% of the money that we received is used of the organization mission and teams.

We are currently in the process of working to set up and online payment system that is a more safe and secure method to collect payments and donations.

We would love to publicly thank our yearly sponsors and partners!

James River is currently updating our team pages for  2018-2019 AAU season. Team pages give a brief description of the coach's background, their main focus for the season, and goals for the upcoming season. Here at James River, we believe that being a basketball player is more than what happens on the basketball court but how you care yourself off the court. The team pages also display picture captured throughout the season both on and off of the court.
